Social Emotional:
 Practice sitting still and noticing sounds around us. Have your child practice sitting still and quiet for ten seconds. Slowly increase the time until these “muscles” get stronger.  Ask them to notice anything they heard? (Air conditioner, fan, someone breathing, children outside…etc.)
